Only through the online application system is it possible to apply for the Visegrad Scholarship Program. About 45 days prior to the deadline, the system opens. Following your online registration, you will be kindly asked to keep in mind both your ID (application number), which will be used in all subsequent communications with you, as well as your password, which will allow you to access your application form at a later time.
All required fields must be completed, and applicants must upload all required files. The recommended file format for uploaded documents is PDF (please create a multi-page PDF file if your document has more than one page).
The application form must only be turned in online. When submitting the application, it's crucial to supply all required data and documentation. No hard-copy (paper) documents sent separately by mail or delivered by delivery service will be taken into consideration.
Unless otherwise specified on the programme website, the deadline for electronic submission of scholarship applications is 11:59:59 a.m. CET on April 15, 2024.
